Compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide prices

Prices below are what the store listed on October 3, 2026. The product page is the price you pay. On that page, and on the shop grid, the large price is the one-time price. Monthly is the smaller line when both exist.

Compounded tirzepatide

These are lyophilized vials. The vial price is not the full first order. They require the $120 doctor's consultation, a live video visit, billed separately. Shipping on product orders is $19.99. Consultations are not charged shipping. If the provider does not approve the prescription, the medication is not dispensed and that charge is refunded. The consult fee is not refunded.

Monthly is a subscription for that product, not a clinic membership. These are compounded medications from 503A and 503B pharmacies. They are not FDA-approved. A licensed provider decides whether a prescription is appropriate.

Compounded semaglutide

  • Semaglutide 10 mg — $228.85 once, or $179 a month, plus the $120 doctor's consultation
  • Semaglutide + B12 liquid — starts at $189.75 for the 2.5 mg (1 mL) Tier 4 strength. Other listed strengths are $231.15 and $361.10

Tier 4 liquid can use the $49 online intake or the $120 doctor's consultation. The $49 intake is not offered in Arkansas, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, or Washington, D.C. Each liquid and each Tier 4 product needs its own intake. Supplies are billed separately. Compounded semaglutide is not an FDA-approved product.

What the consult costs

  • Async Doctor's Consult is $49. Online intake, no video. Only for liquid and Tier 4 products, and not in the states listed above.
  • Doctor's Consultation is $120. Live video. Lyophilized GLP-1 vials use this visit.

Orders ship only to U.S. addresses in states where the prescribing provider and the pharmacy are licensed. Not every product ships to every state. If you are not approved, the medication is refunded to the original payment method. The consultation fee covers the provider's review and is not refunded.

Compounded GLP-1s are not FDA-approved

HD Peptides GLP-1s are compounded medications sourced from 503A and 503B pharmacies and prescribed by licensed providers. Compounded medications are not approved by the FDA. The FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. Choosing a product on the site does not approve it. This page does not say which strength to use.

Peptide vials that do not add a consult line

On these three listings the store does not add a provider-consult product. That is a catalog fact, not a statement that a clinician is uninvolved in your care.
